Would love to start a family soon

Hello all, I am 36, a frequent gym-goer (CrossFit 5 times per week), hold a Doctorate in my field, and am very mentally and financially stable. I am struggling to meet a woman organically who shares my values, which are traditional family values: man leads, woman follows.
Now, I am at a stage in which I am forgoing the idea of having what my parents and grandparents have and had. And I am willing to just have many children with a woman who wants to co-parent and live together.

This is how I envision the dynamic of the relationship:

Rules for you:

1. Stay home to raise the children until they are of school age; I do not want daycare for them.
2. If you are to stay home, I expect meals and the house to be clean.
3. Sexually exclusive until we are done having children.
4. We will sign a contract that gives me full rights to the child(ren) if you decide to leave and pursue other ventures.
5. Pleasant to be around, or at the very least, please be inoffensive.
6. No BPD, Bipolar, entitled, narcissistic, or solipsistic.
7. If you want to work, you may work whenever you want, but if you are to work, then you will cover daycare in its entirety.
8. Cannot be obese.

Rules for me:

1. Protector.
2. Provider.
3. Confidant.
4. Sexually exclusive until you are done having all the children that we want.
5. Rent, food, and utilities will be covered by me, plus some other things. But I will not cover your debt or fund a lifestyle.

If the arrangement grows into something more, then that is fine. But given this climate, I highly doubt that relationships last longer than 5 years.
