Sydney guy looking for co-parent/known donor
37yo Single guy who has not been fortunate enough to have my own family yet and am not sure if I ever will (I enjoy being single). Despite that, I have a life long desire to be a dad and I think co-parenting is a possibility. Whilst i am not opposed to it, I am not looking for a wife/girlfriend but a trusted friend to do something amazing with.
I am flexible but my ideal scenario would be for our kid(s) to live with their mother full time, they would know me as their father and I would be there for them like any other father would be but mum will always be king. I of course am fully committed to an equitable and proportional split of financial obligations, time and anything else that we have to sacrifice as parents. I am not interested in any scenario that involves me donating and walking away with no contact. I want some involvement in raising our child.
My ethnic background is a bit of a mix, my mother is of Scottish and French ancestry whilst my father comes from Cyprus in the Medditeranean. I am university educated and work in the information technology sector, specifically around software design and development and ecommerce. I have also run my own business in the past and am a musician.
I am looking for someone who is open minded, laid back and doesn’t take themselves too seriously. I am prepared to get all of the necessary health screening and would also like to put in place a contract to outline boundaries for both myself and my co-parent.
I live in Sydney and am willing to travel, but ideally would like my co-parent to be in NSW. If anyone is interested please message me
