Sperm Donors in USA

Hi,
I’m new to this site and don’t know exactly how it works. If someone wants to be a known donor, do they charge you a fee and if so how much?
If someone wants to donate and co parent is there a fee for that too? If so how much?
Please help! I’m confused what these services and my membership offers.

Hello,
Joining the site is free, but contacting the other members you have to pay $50 for 3 months.
