Looking for sperm donor in Melbourne
Hey there!
My name is Amy and I am looking for a sperm donor in Melbourne ASAP.
I am 38-years-old, single and pansexual. I am fit and healthy and value an active lifestyle and healthy eating.
I’m full-time employed in emergency services and hold bachelors and post-graduate qualifications in health care. I own my own home and currently live alone with my four-year-old greyhound, Colin who loves children just as much as I do. I have a supportive network of friends and family who are excited to support me on this journey and become part of the extended village for my future child.
I have been trying to conceive for approximately two years via home insemination with a donor but have unfortunately been unsuccessful so far. My fertility tests have all come back as normal for my age. I have been accepted for public fertility at the Royal Women’s Hospital and approved to commence IVF (which is recommended due to my age) however, unfortunately the public sperm donor wait list is 3 years. Being single, I am hoping to avoid pursuing private IVF due to financial restraints – I’d much rather retain my savings to put towards raising my future child!
A potential donor would need to commit to attending mandatory counselling and health screening at the Royal Women’s in Melbourne to ensure that the decision to donate is the right one for them.
With the right match, I could even be open to the possibility of co-parenting.
I am also a carrier for the genetic condition SMA, so any potential donors would need to screen negative to this.
If you think you could be a good fit for me, please get in touch
