Looking for female co-parent around DC, Maryland, & Virginia

I am 56, single and heterosexual. I am well-set in my professional career and stable. Own a home in southern Maryland. I am East Indian by ancestry. 170 Lbs and 5 ‘ 6″. I do not plan to change employer unless something more generous comes along. If I do, it will be with positive overall tradeoffs.

Looking for:
1. someone in the age range of 30-40 though I can work with other ranges if other factors make it equally compelling.

2. Caucasian, slim/slender/ average, heterosexual, no kids (currently) but wishes one or more in an at least co-parenting environment if not marriage or other form of arrangement.

3. Professional or semi-professional

4. 4’9″ to 5’ 6″

I am open to a LTR/marriage if desired on top of co-parenting.
