We are a lesbian couple, Sarah 26 and Mellissa 37, who have been together for almost 5 years and desperately wanting to start a family of our own.

Hello Sarah and Mell,

I am lee 34, single gay male. I work in Training and education. I have lived in Melbourne for 13 years and I come from a Chinese cultural background. English isn’t my first language but I try my best to articulate :).

I went to University on full scholarship and both my parents are university-educated. That’s by no means suggesting university education makes us better than anyone else. I have several friends who are highly cultured and well-travelled, and they don’t necessarily have a university degree. I just thought you may wish to know.

My have a calm and slightly introverted personality. This is more like my dad. My dad enjoys reading and writing, and so do I. My mum is a bit of “sales people personality”. She loves socialising and meeting new people.

We don’t have any hereditary illness running in the family. My parents and I are all very healthy. All of my grandparents are here with us. They are all well over 85 now. So you know your/our baby is going to be healthy and live a long life.
