Lesbian couple looking for a donor help us to create a family
Hi, we are a married lesbian couple aged 32 and 27.
We both work full time and are eager to be parents.
Ideally we would like a donor who is willing to help us to create a family with future siblings as we both want to conceive and carry a child. Ideally we would like between 2-4 children.
We only want to do artificial insemination.
We would like our children to know where they came from, but if you don’t want contact or want to be anonymous that would be OK too. We are not interested in co-parenting, but more than happy to keep you updated, invite you to birthdays etc. Whatever level of contact you are interested in, we could negotiate. We would want to have legal documents that both relinquish your parental rights and exonerate you from being financially liable in any way.
We are both Caucasian and of British/ Scottish heritage. One of us has hazel eyes and straight brown hair, the other has curly auburn hair and brown eyes. We are both fairly tall (170cm & 176cm). We are looking for a donor with similar attributes to us so that the children could look like us.
Long term, we would be open to egg donation, surrogacy etc., to return the favour, but possibly down the line as I feel it would be harder to give up a surrogate child having not completed our own family first.
