We are looking for someone healthy with good family medical history, has recent clean results for drug & disease testing & is sane & intelligent for the most part. Results of sperm count test or preferably someone that already has children is a plus.
If we are being super honest, white, over 5’10, athletic, with children would be our ideal candidate – but we are not turning down any donors based on their race, religion, height, etc.
WE ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN AI.
I REPEAT – WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN NATURAL INSEMINATION OR SEX OR PHYSICAL CONTACT OF ANY KIND.My wife & I adopted a family members baby and we had him from the day he was born until a month ago. The bio parents were in jeopardy of losing their welfare benefits and they took our son back. They called the police & took us to court saying they changed their minds. If that were the case we wouldn’t be SO devastated. They just want his welfare. It’s sad & disgusting. We are not trying to replace him. We just realized what being a family was really like and even though it was less than a year – we understood what all the fuss was about! It was beautiful, joyful & amazing watching & helping him grow :-)
We have been happily together for 6 years. We both had careers, however I quit my job to stay home with our son. My wife is an executive chef and I normally work in the accounting world. We are not interested in NI, we want a no contact/responsibility form signed before birth, but we would like the option for contact after the child is 18 IF for whatever reason he/she chooses. I have experience of being an anonymous donor baby and that forever never knowing where you came from is sometimes really hard to deal with. Again, this would only be an option after there is no risk of custody, support, court etc. after he is 18 and of course only if he/she wanted this information. Also, the possibility for contact in the future for possible sibling is desired. -
