I would like to explore ig having a child traditional conception

Is a route that I want to go about this, or maybe I should explore other alternatives. I feel something inside me that wants to conceive child. Traditionally, the only problem that this is I am gay and I never had sex with a lady. What did you get somewhere out there?That shares similar view?
