Gay man in Ohio looking for co-parent.

I am looking for a woman who would be willing to get to know me and, hopefully, become close friends. I would want to have a sister figure for myself and be a brother figure to her. Hopefully, after a year or two, I would like this woman to be the mother of my children and live as a family. I’m also in a relationship with another man. He would be the children’s father as well. I’m thinking that I’d like to become close friends with a lesbian, but I’m open to suggestions. If you are a lesbian, I would love to have two sister figures. Four co-parents with children under one roof makes a lot of sense to me. I want my children to know their mother or mothers. I want to be their father as well. I want to avoid simple surrogacy and visitation rights, etc. Please let me add to this topic if you are interested in what I am interested in.
