45M – Tampa Bay Area FL – looking for co-parent

Greetings, I am 45 and looking to be a father. My life is a bit complicated. I am separated, but she was diagnosed with cancer, so I am now living in the second bedroom and taking care of her. I still want a family, however.
I want a friend and maybe more at some point. I live in clearwater FL, would be best if you were close. I know it sounds heartless, but it’s not as I promised to take care of her.
However, I am older, and would prefer to be around when any children are growing up. Open to either NI or AI, though leaning more toward NI. Mutual attraction would be nice.
