looking for gay male couple to co-parent

When you want a baby, sometimes there are no other options than going the "sperm donors way". By law, sperm donors in Australia must provide identifying information. So intended parents who want a baby through donor conception can look for sperm donors in a sperm bank.

I want to have a baby - and I'd like to co-parent one with a gay couple in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

One dad is great but two dads is better. What could be better than that? If I get a sperm donor only, the baby will have no dad.

I am 43, on the edge of my fertility. I've had the test, the eggs are still good for now, but obviously time is of the essence. I get along well with gay men, so it would make me happy to form a co-parenting arrangement that also helped a gay couple have a child they might have thought they'd never have.

For you, it might be a better option than a surrogate because your child also gets a mother.

If you like the idea, we can meet for coffee. We don't have to make any decisions straight away maybe just talk about the idea first and see if we might get along. You never know, it could be brilliant and we could create a family.

You'd need to be fairly stable, having been together a few years, and fairly calm and sensible.

But if you like this idea, let's talk!
