Location: Fraser Coast, QLD (near Maryborough) – currently unable to travel due to work and study commitments.

Hi! We’re Jenna (39) and Justin (45), and we’re looking for a sperm donor for artificial insemination (AI) only.

After more than three years of trying to conceive together, including almost 11 months of fertility treatment, we’ve come to accept that donor conception is the path that will allow us to grow our family. Justin has infertility, and Jenna has been doing everything possible to prepare, including taking prenatal vitamins and high-dose folate throughout our journey.

About Us:

We own our home in a family-friendly town on the Fraser Coast and are both currently completing bachelor degrees. We enjoy watching soccer and rugby, gaming together, and are proudly a little nerdy. We’re planning our wedding within the next couple of years and would love to welcome a little one into our family before then.

Justin enjoys building computers, developing his own AI program, watching movies and TV shows, and helping bring Jenna’s many home and garden projects to life.

Jenna loves gardening, knitting, arts and crafts, reading, writing (she’s a self-published author), and learning random facts that inevitably find their way into conversations.

Jenna has three wonderful teenagers (17, 15 and 14) from her previous marriage, all of whom are excited about the possibility of having a younger sibling. We also have strong family support, with Justin’s parents nearby and extended family throughout South East Queensland.

We are a neurodivergent household, so a neurodivergent donor is absolutely welcome.

What We’re Looking For:

Our ideal donor would have similar physical characteristics to Justin:

Red, auburn or blonde hair (Justin’s changed from blonde to red to auburn as he grew up, although the colour is now slowly fading and going white with age)

Blue or grey eyes

Around 6’0″ (183 cm) or taller

Preferably Scottish ancestry

We understand this is quite specific, but these characteristics are important to us.

We’re open to donors from anywhere in Australia, although someone based in Queensland would be preferred due to timing around ovulation. Ideally, we’d like someone who could provide samples on two consecutive days (or every second day) during each cycle when required.

Jenna is in early perimenopause and has a medical condition that can make maintaining a pregnancy more difficult, so timing is important and notice may sometimes be short.

Our Expectations:

AI only (no natural insemination).

No co-parenting or parental responsibilities.

Minimal ongoing contact – we’re happy to provide occasional updates and photos on important events (e.g., first ultrasound, the birth, Christmas, Easter, first tooth, first steps, first day of school etc.)

We’d love the option of using the same donor again in the future so any child/ren conceived can have a full biological sibling.
