Couple Seeking 3rd

Brand new, not sure how to ask this of even if this is cool. We are a couple living in Colorado, he’s a 40yr old fit real estate investor. She’s a 24yr old tatted fun chill bartender. We have 7 pets, love gaming, watching a good movie or tv show and are taco snobs. She has her tubes tied, medical issue, but now we’re are open to having a family. But we dont wanna do the surrogate thing at the moment. We would rather have a girl join us in our life, and if it works, have a child together.
